The Department for Transport has finally published the revised “Best Practice Guidance”, which complements the 2020 “Statutory Standards” Guidance. It only applies in England, although may be useful in Wales before full Wales legislation is introduced.

The consultation ran from 28th March until 20th June 2022 and this webinar will help to inform responses from Local Authorities and other stakeholders including taxi and private hire licensees, lawyers, licensing consultants and others.
